Job Overview:
  We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. As a key member of our Central Services function, you will provide critical administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance and Front Office Sales teams.

About the Role:
  As a Contract Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include administering contracts via DocuSign, validating candidate documents, maintaining internal CRM and accounting systems, and providing quality customer service to sales teams, clients, and candidates. You will also assist with processing background checks and drug screenings, work closely with our Legal department, and support process improvements within the role.

Requirements:
  To be successful in this position, you will require strong administrative experience, preferably in a sales/recruitment/finance/corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and some experience of CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce & Sage) is desirable. Additionally, confidence in working with multiple languages/countries and fluency in English (written and verbal communication) is essential.
