Poundbakery is a leading retail company with over 120 stores across the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas. We are committed to providing our customers with a fast-paced service in high street locations, offering a wide range of quality products at excellent value prices.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at our The Cross Poundbakery shop in Chester. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Driving sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Training, developing, and motivating your team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in the food industry. You should possess a strong work ethic, a hands-on approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
