Fashion Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store in Chester. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and managing a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels and stockroom organization.
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets sales and profit targets.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
