Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Business Development Professional

Casanovas Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to join a well-established and highly successful corporate professional services firm in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  2. Deliver Exceptional Client Services: Provide outstanding client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Build, Lead, and Manage a Team: Lead a team of professional service executives to shape and drive the success of the office.
  4. Lead Business Development and Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
  5. Ensure Effective Lead Sourcing and Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  6. Lead from the Front: Set examples and lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns to attract new clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous Experience in Commercial Business Development: Proven experience in various commercial business development roles.
  2. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading a business development team by example.
  3. Dynamic and Innovative Personality: A dynamic and naturally innovative personality with a passion for business development.
  4. Professional Services Background: A professional services background with excellent commercial awareness.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  6. Ability to Create a Motivated Sales Office: Ability to create and maintain a motivated sales office and a 'buzz' environment.
