About the Role

Casanovas Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Commercial Business Development Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts and driving the success of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Professional Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  2. Deliver Exceptional Client Services: Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Lead Business Development and Marketing Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of business development and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  4. Manage a Team of Business Development Executives: Lead and manage a team of business development executives to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  5. Ensure Effective Lead Sourcing and Development: Develop and implement effective lead sourcing and development strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  6. Lead from the Front and Set Examples: Demonstrate leadership and set examples for the team to follow, driving a culture of excellence and innovation.
  7. Work with Marketing to Plan Effective Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract clients and drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous experience in commercial business development roles.
  2. Experience in leading business development teams.
  3. Dynamic and innovative personality.
  4. Professional services background.
  5. Excellent commercial awareness and marketing skills.
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional client services.
  7. High levels of communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to create and maintain a motivated sales office and a 'buzz' environment.
