Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Locker Room Associate to join our team at Equinox St James. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our female locker rooms, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and supporting special events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked female locker room environment, including cleaning and organizing storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with special events, including setup, execution, and teardown
  • Notify the Maintenance Manager of any issues or concerns with the locker rooms or surrounding areas
  • Prepare, launder, and handover towels and member clothes through our Laundry and Valet services

Requirements

  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
  • Willingness to service athletic equipment and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
