Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Locker Room Associate to join our team at Equinox St James. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our women's locker rooms, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and supporting special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the women's locker rooms are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Special Events: Assist with setup, execution, and teardown of special events, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Laundry and Valet Services: Prepare, launder, and handover towels and member clothes through our Laundry and Valet services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, with a willingness to service athletic equipment and work with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday is required.
