Female Locker Room Associate Opportunity at Equinox St James

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Locker Room Associate to join our team at Equinox St James. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our female locker rooms, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and assisting with special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the female locker rooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
  • Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the locker room
  • Assist with special events and notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention
  • Prepare, launder, and hand over towels and member clothes through our Laundry and Valet services
Requirements:
  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
  • Willingness to service athletic equipment and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Candidates will be required to be flexible from Monday to Saturday
