Job Title: Female Locker Room Associate, Kensington

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Locker Room Associate to join our team at Equinox Kensington. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our female locker rooms, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and supporting special events.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the female locker rooms, including restocking towels and ensuring adequate supplies
* Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well-maintained
* Assist with special events, such as tournaments and workshops, as needed
* Notify the Maintenance Manager of any issues or concerns with the locker rooms or facilities

**Qualifications:**

* Must have a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
* Ability to service athletic equipment and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
* Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
