Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Locker Room Associate to join our team at Equinox St James.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Female locker rooms are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all necessary amenities.
  • Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the locker room.
  • Assist with special events and provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Notify the Maintenance Manager of any rooms requiring immediate attention.
  • Prepare, launder, and hand over towels and member clothes through our Laundry and Valet services.

Requirements

  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and work with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday.
