Business Development Manager

At Fluidra SA, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and growing our current customer base.
The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales skills or previous account management experience, with strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce & AS400) and MS Office Suite is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 with an OTE of £37,050, plus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every 3 years of service up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme, and free parking.
Sales Performance Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through effective prospecting, networking, and building strong customer relationships.
- Identify accounts to grow using company platforms such as PowerBI/Salesforce.
- Conduct proactive B2B sales telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and follow up on sales leads.
- Work to monthly sales and order targets.
- Accompany Sales Managers and/or other colleagues on customer and supplier visits as appropriate.
- Report on sales activities, communications, and sales forecasts and deliver to management.
- Keep detailed records of conversations and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
