**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Cambridge-based team at Darktrace Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support for global offices, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. This role involves working closely with various teams across the globe to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing first-line support via ticketing systems, phone, email, and remote access.
  2. Resolving technical issues, troubleshooting recurring problems, and installing, modifying, configuring, and updating computer and mobile phone hardware and software.
  3. Managing shipping requests, including ordering and liaising with staff for hardware deployment and asset tracking.
  4. Assisting with new hire onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions, and verifying device setup.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with MacOS and Windows devices, as well as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
  3. Prior experience in 1st line support is preferred.

Benefits:

  1. Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
