Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering tailored support for students with SEMH needs

• Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess student progress

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, addressing their individual needs

• Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development

• Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A commitment to professional development and learning
