Role Summary

OFS is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Lead to join our Asset Management team in London. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSR) and drive impactful change in the asset management industry.

About the Job

  • Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring seamless integration into existing practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive value chain mapping to address sustainability challenges, identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance CSR practices, fostering a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
  • Support CSR initiatives by maintaining and enhancing related technical systems, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Proven expertise in corporate sustainability reporting and value chain mapping, with a strong track record of driving successful initiatives.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to implement CSR strategies, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Background in the asset management or financial services sector is highly desirable, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
