About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Responsibility Specialist to join our Real Estate team at Ericsson. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate responsibility initiatives across our global real estate portfolio.

Ericsson's target is to be Net Zero in its own operations by 2030, and this role plays a critical part in achieving that goal. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for corporate responsibility improvements and develop plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement corporate responsibility initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote social responsibility.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for corporate responsibility improvements and develop plans to achieve them.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate responsibility standards.
  4. Measure and report progress towards corporate responsibility goals and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creating and delivering corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of corporate responsibility principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
