As a Membership Sales Advisor at The Massage Company, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. With a focus on building long-term relationships with clients, you will be responsible for selling memberships, scheduling appointments, and providing expert advice on massage services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  • Sell memberships through face-to-face discussion, follow-up sales calls, and generating new clientele through promoting The Massage Company member referral
  • Schedule appointments over the phone, via email, and in person
  • Provide clients with advice on massage services, matching them to the right therapist during pre-treatment discussions
  • Promote internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or 'fantastic foot treatment'

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
