SEMH Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Social Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) Support Worker.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges faced by young people today and is committed to contributing to their personal and academic development.
No prior experience is necessary, as long as you share our passion and values that every young person deserves a quality education.
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a flexible schedule of 8:30-3:30 TTO.
The successful candidate will:
- Be creative, inclusive, and reflective in their approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Deal with situations calmly and sensitively, using their initiative to meet the needs of each student.
- Care deeply about pupils' academic, emotional, and personal development, and have empathy for their individual circumstances.
- Have a supportive and encouraging attitude, inspiring trust and motivating students to reach their full potential.
- Be confident in working closely with other staff and parents to bring about positive change for each child.
