Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Eccles office. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on commercial construction projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of Cost Estimates and Budgets: You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for commercial construction projects.
  2. Cost Planning and Management: You will manage cost planning throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  3. Tender Process Management: You will work closely with contractors, clients, and key stakeholders to manage the tender process, ensuring that projects are awarded to the best contractor.
  4. Project Delivery: You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience: You must have previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a groundworks or civils capacity.
  • Cost Management and Commercial Acumen: You must be proficient in cost management and have strong commercial acumen.
  • Location: You must be commutable to the Eccles area.
