About the Role
  • This challenging and rewarding position has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to cover sites across the M4 corridor, reporting directly to the Head of HSE.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You will have autonomy to shape your team's operations, drive innovative health and safety initiatives, and influence strategic decisions.
  • A strong track record of coaching and mentoring teams, as well as excellent communication skills, is essential.
  • You should hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and possess proven expertise in designing and reviewing HSE policies, procedures, and standards across property and construction.
What We Offer
  • An attractive compensation package consisting of £55,000-£60,000 per annum.
  • Travel allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contributions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
