Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will deliver direct in-home services, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct In-Home Support
    • Develop and implement personalized care plans
    • Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean living environment
    • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
    • Aid in medication management and follow special diet plans
    • Escort clients to medical appointments and essential errands
  2. Observation and Reporting: Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes to your supervisor.
  3. Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of employment in a comparable human service capacity
  • At least one year of experience in caring for a dependent child or adult family member

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish (English is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge and skills in housekeeping, food preparation, and personal care
  • Familiarity with senior care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
