Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a home support assistant. As a home support assistant, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About Our Clients

Our clients are individuals who require support with everyday tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and meal preparation. They may also require emotional support and companionship. As a home support assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £750 per week, depending on the complexity of care required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A comprehensive pension scheme
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
  • Travel costs reimbursed
Key Responsibilities

As a home support assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working within a care home, domiciliary care or other care setting. You must also be caring, compassionate and a good listener. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to meeting the changing needs of our clients.
