Life Science Recruitment Opportunity

RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS LTD is seeking a skilled Life Science Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Gatwick area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment consultant to join our life science recruitment team. As a Life Science Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the UK, EU, and US life science markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for life science roles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant
  • Proven track record of winning and delivering on new business
  • Ability to work a minimum of three days from the office, preferably with a driver's license and car ownership due to the location

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000
  • Hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home
