RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS LTD is seeking a skilled Life Science Recruiter to join our team based in the Gatwick area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a new challenge and work with a small, established life science recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in 270 life science recruitment roles across the UK, EU, and US markets.
  • Work with a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days from home.
  • Drive business growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a 360 recruitment consultant.
  • Proven track record in winning and delivering new business.
  • Ability to work a minimum of three days from the office, preferably with a driver's license and car ownership due to the location.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work with a best-practice, retained search division of a larger recruitment business.
