Life Science Recruitment Opportunity

RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS LTD is seeking a skilled Life Science Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Gatwick area. As a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on life sciences, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top life science talent for our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
  • Proven track record of winning and delivering on new business
  • Ability to work a minimum of three days from the office, preferably with a driver's license and car ownership

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000
  • Hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home
  • Opportunity to work with a small, established life science recruitment business
