Life Science Recruitment Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Life Science Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Professionals Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the life science industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Source and attract top talent in the life science industry
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve sales targets

**Requirements**

* Minimum 12 months' experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant
* Proven track record in winning and delivering on new business
* Strong strategic account management skills
* Ability to work a minimum of three days from the office

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000
* Hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home
