Your Role
- Assist residents with personal care and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
- Provide emotional support and understanding to residents with incontinence needs.
- Use hoists, stand aids, and other equipment safely and effectively to reposition residents.
- Help residents with food and fluids, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment by assisting with laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Accurately record all relevant documents, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- A valid DBS check.
- A national insurance number.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Prior experience in health and social care is essential.
- Relevant trainings in manual handling and health and social care.
- A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for commuting.
Compensation Package: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
