**Job Summary**:
We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals who share our values of caring, passion, and teamwork. Your main responsibilities will include helping residents to remain active and independent, supporting them with personal care and mealtimes, and assisting with daily activities. You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide high-quality care that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with their daily routines, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
- Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with meal preparation and assistance during meals.
- Encourage residents to participate in physical activities and hobbies, promoting independence and well-being.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £20,800 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as wagestream, bank holiday pay enhancements, career development opportunities, and more.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to help people, be patient, and understanding, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing resident needs and providing individualized care.
