About the Role:

You'll be responsible for managing the overall running of a state-of-the-art Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are met. You'll also engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of carers to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role within an elderly nursing home setting
  • Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion
  • Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding
  • Ability to inspire and nurture a team
  • NMC Pin is preferable for this role
