Job Overview:
A highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant is sought after by Aldrich & Co to join their team. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will provide exceptional support to senior staff and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, and escalating documents in preparation for high-level meetings. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews, as well as assist with event logistics and coordination across the Senior Management Team Meetings, board, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor busy inboxes
- Coordinate internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones
- Manage schedules, itineraries, and travel
- Escalate and delegate review of documents in preparation for meetings
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews often at short notice
- Assist with event logistics for speaker events
- Coordinate across the Senior Management Team Meetings, board, and client meetings
- Assist the Board in producing agendas, minutes, and actions
- Liaise with institutional investors
- Initiate and coordinate internal social events and employee engagement
- Help manage the office

Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules over different time zones
- Strong academic background
- Confidence to introduce own processes
- A true team player approach
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Positive mindset and friendly manner
- Ability to engage easily at all levels
- Curious mind
- Proactive approach thinking ahead
