About the Role:
As an experienced Administrative Officer - Defence Litigation, you will play a critical role in supporting our law firm's defence litigation team. You will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, maintaining accurate case files, and communicating effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers specializing in defence litigation
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in litigation
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
