Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting independence in our nursing home setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-centered care, completing care plans and administering medication as per NMC guidelines
- Liaise with GPs, occupational therapists, and other external bodies to ensure seamless care coordination
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Competitive pay rates, including £30.00 per hour for Monday to Friday day shifts, £35.00 per hour for Monday to Saturday night shifts, and £40.00 per hour for Sundays
- Double time for bank holidays

- Must have at least one year's experience as a Registered Nurse
- Live registration with the NMC and adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations
