Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a care home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
