Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
