We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and contributing to the success of our healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Manage and oversee all aspects of medicine management, adhering to company policies and current legislation
- Make informed decisions and take action in a timely manner to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
