Medical Office Coordinator

Inverness Dental Centre is a reputable healthcare provider in NHS Scotland, committed to delivering high-quality services. We are seeking a skilled Dental Clinic Administrator to join our Public Dental Services team.
The successful candidate will possess experience working in NHS Healthcare and/or Dental Services, along with a full current driving license and use of a car for work purposes. They will also be required to work in other dental locations within the Public Dental Service.
NHS Scotland offers an estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000 for this role, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
