About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Coordinator to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our Rural Land Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and stakeholders.

Job Summary

This role involves providing business administration for client-owned farm and estate businesses, including drafting and issuing statutory documents, managing supplier invoices, and recording tenancy data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integral member of the central management team for a large institutional client, providing portfolio administration and supporting client reporting on monthly progress.
  • Business administration for client-owned farm and estate businesses, including drafting and issuing statutory documents, managing supplier invoices, and recording tenancy data.
  • Manage shared mail and email boxes, composing written replies on behalf of the team, and taking follow-up action as necessary.
  • Receive telephone calls on behalf of the team, respond to enquiries where possible, or refer the enquiry if appropriate.
Person Specification
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace change.
  • Able to follow agreed processes accurately and suggest ways to refine systems.
  • Excellent level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams functionality.
  • Understanding and commitment to the confidentiality of our clients.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, well-presented, and articulate.
