As our Sales Leader, you will lead from the front, building trusted relationships with new and existing clients in regulated industries. This player-manager role is integral to our growth journey, with responsibilities spanning sales leadership and team development. You'll be part of a senior management team helping shape the company's strategic direction, focusing on delivering consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in SME MSP sales, particularly with 20-150 user organizations. They will also have evidence of successful leadership of high-performance teams, including new logo wins, setting commission plans, and driving results. A demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, along with skills in crafting compelling proposals, is also essential.
