About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide additional support to children who require extra help to succeed in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
