We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to support young learners who require guidance to succeed academically and socially.

About the Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional and academic support to students with SEMH needs
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff
* Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:
* A strong passion for working with students with SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other school staff
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
