Compass Associates are partnering with a specialist organisation to deliver care and education across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for setting up a brand new 4/5 bed residential service alongside the Area Manager and Head of Operations.

Requirements

  • Studying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • 3 years minimum management experience in a similar setting
  • Background of working with children with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of Ofsted standards
  • Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
  • Clear DBS / CRB

Interview Process

Informal phone call with the Director of Operations followed by a more formal interview with their Area Manager.
