About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at SPT Labtech. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for building instructions to assemble products from simple sub-assemblies to final instrument build and test.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and testing complex products
  • Collaborating with development engineers to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong mechanical background and a passion for problem-solving. You will have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or equivalent position
  • A BTEC, NVQ, or HNC in an engineering discipline
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
