Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in the Nalco Water Light division. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales budget and achieve growth rates through the sale of innovative and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Provide commercial guidance to the field sales team and establish sales targets based on agreed strategies.
  • Introduce new products and prepare strategic discussions to grow the business.
  • Follow up on Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, orders, and customer service.
  • Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and field team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.
  • Improve sales team skills through professional training and field visits.
  • Manage technical support and answer technical questions related to products.

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Water Treatment, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in leadership and people management in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Eagerness to grow through challenging experiences.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
  • Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix contexts.
