Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to join our People Centre team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Employee Lifecycle Team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Employee Lifecycle Team, including processing leavers, contract variations, and advising on HR policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information and HR-related documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and line managers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law and data protection.
