Job Title: Online Training Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our People Centre team as an Online Training Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and line managers, ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Employee Lifecycle Team, including processing leavers, contract variations, and advising on HR policies.
  • Assist with payroll queries and work with the Time and Attendance Team and Payroll Team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain digital copies of employees' records and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support with attendance management cases, annual salary reviews, and group-wide projects.
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees and line managers on HR-related topics, including employment law and GDPR.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced HR role.
  • Exposure to payroll practices and computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR, and employment law.
