Job Title: Online Training Administrator

Undisclosed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our People Centre team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to employees and line managers across all our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related enquiries, ensuring accurate advice and guidance are provided to employees and line managers.
  • Process leavers, contract variations, and other employee lifecycle stages, including PENP calculations and ER outcomes.
  • Advise on Work Life Integration Policy and Inclusive Leave Policy, covering Flexible Working, Maternity, and Shared Parental Leave.
  • Maintain customers' benefits, including Pension, Private Medical, and Drivers' checks, with our providers.
  • Process change notes, issue letters to customers, and update SF as necessary.
  • Assist with onsite tasks, such as mail merging letters and project work.
  • Maintain digital copies of employees' records.
  • Support attendance management cases, annual salary reviews, and Group-wide projects.
  • Provide solutions to complex issues for local HR teams and Line Managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced HR role.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Computer literacy.
