The Veolia Nuclear Solutions Group is a leading player in the nuclear industry, with a significant presence in the UK. As part of its Long Term Plan (LTP), the company aims to achieve a turnover of £40-60m by 2027. To support this growth, Veolia is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the development of strategic planning, partnerships, marketing, and business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supporting the Managing Director in shaping the business as it moves forward with the LTP
  • To be part of the lead team of VNS-UK and to work collaboratively and effectively with the other Board members in order to ensure a coordinated and visible leadership of the UK business
  • To manage all aspects of sales, account management, business winning, and the development of strategic partnerships for VNS UK

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of operating at Sales Director level, with experience in commercial negotiations on an international and strategic basis. They will also have developed and delivered major bids and negotiated mutually beneficial commercial models and results.

Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in management in a complex commercial and engineering construction project environment
  • A track record of operating at Sales Director level
  • Member of an Engineering or Management Institution

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000-£120,000 per annum, plus an objective-based bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, professional fees, and life assurance.
