About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced UC/AV Business Development Manager to join our team at Open Reality Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced and dynamic company.

As a Senior Account Executive - Unified Communications, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our wireless sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Your main goal will be to drive revenue growth within the UC/AV division by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will have overall responsibility for sales revenues in this area and will be accountable for hitting monthly targets and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, preferably in the UC/AV industry. They will also possess excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills, as well as a strategic mindset to help drive expansion of the practice.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus commission, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday allowance, professional development and training, and quarterly team social events.
