At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, you have the opportunity to turn your profession into a vocation. Help us to reinvent mobility and bring innovative ideas onto the roads.

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, supportive environment and management style, and offer a work-life balance, great employee benefits and car scheme.

Our teams work as a strong unit where every opinion is valued. We have an inclusive culture and invest in your continuous learning and development.

Join our dynamic Quality Engineering & Management Department, where we drive excellence in every vehicle we produce. We ensure that our world-renowned vehicles meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. By applying advanced engineering principles, cutting-edge technology, and critical problem-solving techniques, we tackle some of the most complex challenges in automotive quality.

In this role, you'll work on identifying, analysing, and resolving complex issues related to vehicle quality, applying root cause analysis to solve real-world engineering topics. You'll leverage data from our computer aided quality systems to predict and monitor performance, providing critical insights to our manufacturing teams. Additionally, you'll ensure precise assembly by engaging with torque-controlled tooling systems and contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards through our Quality Management Systems. Throughout, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a measurable impact on product quality.

This is a two-year programme that leads into a permanent position with the company.

  • Take ownership of your own topic landscape, driving key quality initiatives and making a direct impact on product performance.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve complex, real-world engineering topics that influence vehicle quality.
  • Manage your own projects from concept through to implementation, honing your project management and leadership skills.
  • Work with cutting-edge tools and systems to monitor, analyse, and improve quality processes in real-time.
  • Benefit from a strong focus on personal development, with opportunities for training, upskilling, and career progression within a supportive environment.
  • 27 days holiday (pro rata to your contract).
  • Rewarding work-life balance – contracted working hours are 40 hours a week.
