Paid Social Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for delivering successful paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day paid social campaigns, from initial brief to project planning, execution, billing, financial management, monthly campaign reviews, and post-campaign evaluation. You will work closely with your team to ensure that we meet our client's objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, targeting types, and their application to campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other departments within Assembly to deliver an integrated service to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our campaigns are always innovative and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering paid social performance campaigns.
- Strong technical and data skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and numerical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new ideas and challenges.
