About the Job
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication, meal preparation and companionship. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with each client, building strong relationships and providing emotional support when needed.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting our clients in their own homes across the Southam, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication administration
- Meal preparation and serving
- Support with light household duties
- Promoting independence and encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves
- Giving companionship and being a listening ear

Requirements
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
